リーダーとして二週間：目標を達成

何はともあれ、課題を克服し、当座の目標を達成したのである。目標を達成できたことは大きい。途中、かなり強引に進めたが、メンバーが目標を見定めて共に頑張ったお陰で何とか持ちこたえれた。

　しかし、これからが正念場になるやろうね。成功のリバウンドではないが、暫く地味な作業が続く。大きな目標もなく、淡々とした修正作業なのである。
